I was visiting from out of town and had the dreaded check engine light come on, after-hours on the weekend. The staff at Mr. Tire in Canton was a lifesaver on a Sunday morning, when not much was open. They diagnosed my problem, set it right, and sent me on my way home. My grateful thanks!

A visit that should've taken 1 to 2 hours at most, was a long 4 and a half hours. My initial quote I was told had $50 per axle taken off putting my cost at $1267. I don't have my receipt in my hand at this exact moment that does seem like a lot for parts, labor and tax. I needed the brakes done because I drive on the highway and it was a last minute notice that my regular mechanic had something come up. Considering there was a mistake made that was no fault of mine, I could've been given a fair discount but I wasn't. Sitting in the lobby for 4 and a half hours for brakes is a one star rating, I'm giving 2 stars only because the guy working was polite. FYI, another customer in the lobby had a part on his vehicle broken due to improper tool being used.

I walked into this store for the first time in my life, and was greeted by David White. I believe he may even be the manager there-if he IS NOT the manager yet, then he should be the manager NOW! I walked into the store, full of anxiety (you know how it is when you walk into these places) and David made it the smoothest, most transparent and easy transaction of my life almost!! Thank you David White for everything you did to help me out! Now my family is back on the road againβ> traveling safely thanks to you!

The folks were nice and did the job. I will not be back though. No ow they no longer have the all in pricing as they had in the past and cost me over $100 more to get 2 tires and mount and balance. Prices are just set too high now. $70 for an oil change is insane.

I came in for an oil change and wheel alignment on 11/14/25. I was there from 1pm to 6pm. The next day I was on my way to work, driving on I-77, when my tire became loose and I began loosing control of my car. Thankfully there not other drivers around me and I was able to pull off. Upon getting out of my car I saw that my rear passenger tire was crooked and missing a lug nut. Mr.Tire towed my vehicle to their location and claimed that a part they placed the previous night had failed. They also claimed they did not touch the lug nuts so the missing one was not their fault. I had several problems with this and explained that the very first line on my receipt was for a courtesy inspection and how would a missing lug nut be missed on an inspection. Furthermore, my receipt also showed that they did a tire rotation with my oil change. Either they lied about the services they did to my car, or they lied about removing the lug nuts. They made the repairs and I inquired about a refund. They told me I would have to talk to a district manager about that, and when I asked for their contact information the store manager told me he would have to get it and would give me a call back. He never cal
